The location of this hotel just off Close to Alameda de Hercules as well as the Old Town was particularly good and absolutely perfect. My room was newly renovated and great-sized.- The room had a safe for safety measures.

Fairly clean, nicely decorated hotel with reasonably good and attentive staff at the reception desk. Incredible and stunning location in the town, walking distance to tourist attractions. A carpark onsite provided.

This place is conveniently situated near all the main sights, making it easy to get around. 🏙️ the pool is a great spot to relax and the breakfast served here is simply delicious, complete with real coffee, fresh fruit, and even milk - just watch out for that milk, as it seemed to have gone bad.

The breakfast is to emphasize and its proximity to the Alameda de Hercules where there are many options of Restaurant, bars and purchases ( El Corte Inglés, Zara, etc..).
The very small double rooms. We could barely move considering the bags don't fit in the closet. My side of the bed didn't even have a bedside table. The bathroom is very nice except for the door which is not understood why they made it transparent/glazed and with an opening of 1 1/2 cm at the edges which takes away any privacy in it. In my case the door was facing the sink but in other rooms of my family directly in front of the shower which in turn has a transparent door. In some cases 3 cousins stayed together and no one is comfortable being seen while bathing or being seen through the slit on the sides of the door when changing or sitting on the toilet. The elevator went wrong several times and did not solve the problem of curdling. They put up a sign not to use it in the PB but not on the floors so it continued to be used. Some receptionists were super nice but others served you with a dog face. I'm sorry I don't remember the names to highlight the super nice ones.

The location is good, near the bus stop and can be reached on foot from the center, but it is a walk of about 10mn by the street Sta Ana, which is the straightest walking to the Alameda de Hercules, nearest area of restaurants and atmosphere, and another 10mn. more, walking to the center. It fulfills the published thing, the room is like the one of the photo. Reformed, with bathtub. Exterior room with balcony and light. In front of Isla Mágica. Easy parking in the street without hour.
We arrived at night and as the private parking lot was full, they recommended another one arranged with them that was about 1.3 km away, without warning us, as they told us it was close. After locating it, so far away to walk back, we decided to return in the car and park it in the street near the hotel that was also not time, so we decided not to move it and use public transport. We saved 20 euros per day from the garage . There was very little water in the shower and therefore little strength, I guess it was to save water, but it was excess to wash your hair. The rest came out right.

The facilities are correct, new and diaphanous, although a little fair their rooms and from the hotel, this not very far the monumental zone of the city
I made the reservation, I said that I would arrive early, in person at the hotel, I commented on the possibility of occupying the room before the established time, if there were any free rooms, an action that in any hotel, they allow you and satisfy you whenever they can, to give an example, 3 weeks ago at the Hotel Macarena, (4 stars) I was able to stay before the "official" time, in the hotel of the same chain, in Lugo, Exe Puerta San Pedro, they didn't put any obstacles in my way, is to be thankful when you have been traveling all night. In this hotel, in spite of being a great day of departures, Miss who was in charge of the reception, had me waiting for 5 hours, according to what she told me "because they did not communicate her free rooms" all this in spite of the fact that the Governor, was with her small radio station, constantly going down to the reception. These details mean that I can NOT recommend this hotel. if I can recommend, Hotel Macarena, hotel in Lugo, Otherwise correct rooms and excellent cleaning, In the photos that I attach. you can see the "traffic jam" of the clients who were waiting for a room. Until 14:00. according to the rules, we were not given them.
